Philly Farmers Market & Architecture

The Best, and one of the oldest, indoor farmers markets. Sorry Fanuel Hall/Quincy Market! This place really is a market, not just a tourist attraction. The selection is phenomenal; cheese, bread, fresh produce, meats, sweets, etc and the prices reasonable. This is the kind of place that I'd do my weekly shopping at without any complaining!

Not only was the shopping experience great, but there were a lot of counters for actually eating at the different vendors. Had crepes in Paris (ok, not Paris, but a girl can dream, right?!)

We had two meals here, and went back to pick up fresh breads, cheese and fruit for our hotel room, so convenient and delicious!

On to the Architecture! I loved the Historic Waterfront and the Rittenhouse Square areas. Here's a sample of some of what I saw...

I'm sure there is so much more to see...like antiques! I didn't do any shopping for that stuff, can you believe it?! Just not enough time as I was there for my brothers wedding.  Another time maybe.

Enjoy your weekend!
