Repurposed Candlesticks & Stepstool

I've been working on warm weather projects, even though there is still about 10 inches of snow on the ground still. When that warm weather comes, I'm gonna be ready!

Remember these two before pictures from 'Project Day' last week?
Today was the day to finish them...
The step stool got a coat of pale yellow outdoor paint. The wood candlesticks were painted white, everything got some distressing...

The step stool would also look great holding plants on a porch, don't ya think?
I glued mason jars onto the candle sticks with e-6000 glue.
I love how these look all grouped together on the patio table.
Some high, some low...some with cut flowers would be great too.
It started getting dark, and cold, so I brought them in to light them.
Now I just need outdoor eating weather to enjoy them outside!
Enjoy!

  1. It is dark and cold and yucky here.Probably why I am feeling under the weather.
Love this idea Kris! That would look so pretty in an outdoor setting!

    1. I know! It's lightly snowing here today...when is it gonna stop?? Actually, I heard this weekend we'll start to see the 50's, so I know spring is coming. Thanks for your comment!
