Signs of Spring (if only inside)

Yes, it's snowing again! 6+ inches today...maybe I should go back to hibernating??!!
Well in the cozy den of my house, I have been busy with making lavender sachets and pillows for spring.  (I have hope that it will come eventually)
A sure sign of spring, besides seeing the green shoots of new plants emerging, is butterflies! If you follow me on Facebook, you already know....
 Green
Brown
 French Black

Pillows too!
There's something timeless about ticking isn't there? I've used 'USA Made' traditional faded blue, and also a faded tan. All pillows are slip covered envelope style for easy washing, hang dry (outside please?) and enjoy the soft wrinkles. All these items will be available at the shop when we reopen on March 1st (forsaking another snow storm that is!)
Stay Warm & Enjoy!

Yaaawwwnnnn, Stretccchhhh

I'm s-l-o-w-l-y coming out of hibernation.
I do have to admit that it was absolutely lovely to be able to focus on the holidays and give my family 'all of me'. I hope everyone out there had a fabulous holiday season.
In my time away I was able to not only focus on my family, friends and myself, I've also given my business a lot of attention. Trying to figure out just where I want to go with it. I think I've figured some of that out...I'll share later. For now, let's just say I'm renewed and excited about the next phase.
This winter in New England has been a frigid one and it has kept me in my sewing room getting some items for my spring line ready.
Here's a sneak peek...
I'm loving the faded look of these pillows!
They'll be perfect thrown on a wicker chair, and take you right into summer (if only!!)
Thanks for checking in on me, and 'allowing' me to take some time off.
Enjoy!
